Ingredients: 1 yellow onion (diced); 1 lb carrots (peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces, 1lb = 8 carrots); 1/2 bunch kale (washed and sliced (about 2.5 oz)); 1 can (15oz per can) cannellini beans (washed and drained); 1 packet Italian salad dressing; 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey; 64 oz chicken broth (not needed until day of cooking) (8oz = 1 cup)
