Freezer Meal Pro Membership

Freezer Meal Pro memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you purchased a Freezer Meal Pro membership, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please include your order number as well as the email address that you used to make the purchase so we can look up your order.

VIP Monthly Recipe Club Membership

VIP Members pay a yearly fee that gives you unlimited access to the site and new recipes for one year (12 new recipes per month).  Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please include your order number as well as the email address that you used to make the purchase so we can look up your order.

For your convenience, the yearly membership fee will be billed to the same debit or credit card every year. The card you provided will be charged once a year on the same date (For example, every year on November 1st).  Follow the steps below to change your VIP Membership status:

  1. Go to vip.thefamilyfreezer.com and select the “MY ACCOUNT” tab.
  2. Select “subscriptions.”
  3. Select “view” and then “cancel” or “change payment.”

If you want to cancel your VIP Membership at the end of your current membership year, please cancel your subscription at least two business days before your yearly renewal date.

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your renewal. Please include the email address associated with your membership so we can look up your account.

Reusable Freezer Bags and Baggy Stands

As stated on our product sales pages, all sales are final. The products are shipped from a Warehouse in California so we are not able to accept returns at this time.  

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include a photo of the damaged product as well as the email address that you used to purchase it.
