Ingredients: 24 oz sliced baby portobello mushrooms (stemmed and sliced); 2 lb 85% lean ground beef; 1 can (28oz per can) whole peeled tomatoes; 3 tablespoons tomato paste; 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning; 1 tablespoon jarred minced garlic; 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar; 1 tablespoon salt; 12 oz water (not needed until day of cooking) (8oz = 1 cup); 1 box (16oz per box) uncooked shell pasta (not needed until day of cooking)
