Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups dried red lentils; 1 bag (10oz per bag) frozen spinach; 1 tablespoon jarred minced garlic; 1 tablespoon jarred minced ginger; 1 tablespoon curry powder; ⅓ cup jarred mango chutney; 1 teaspoon salt; 64 oz vegetable broth (not needed until day of cooking) (8oz = 1 cup)
