Ingredients: 2 can (15oz per can) chickpeas (drained and rinsed); 1 lemon (for juice); 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil; 2 tablespoons plain dairy-free Greek yogurt; 1 teaspoon chili powder; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon onion powder; ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes; 1 ½ teaspoons salt; Bibb or romaine lettuce (not needed until day of cooking)
