Name: Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts; 1 yellow onion (chopped); 1 red bell pepper (diced); 1 can (10oz per can) diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained ); 1 can (15oz per can) black beans (rinsed and drained); 1 1/2 cups frozen corn; 1 tablespoon chili powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon cumin; 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; 4 small corn tortillas (not needed until day of cooking) (sliced ); 32 oz chicken broth (not needed until day of cooking) (8oz = 1 cup)
